Still painting in acrylics but have signed up for an oil class; specifically portraits in oil. I like doing portraits best but have always worried about working in oils. You learn to appreciate water solubility when your first child is born. It's a tough thing to give up. But, I have taken on a friend's request for a portrait of her dad and I want it to last. Oils seem like the right way to go, so wish me luck.
