Starting to Look Like a Proper Painting

It's starting to look like a proper painting now. After a talk with my instructor, The background was changed from the black to a more upbeat hue of blue and lavender. I'm happy with the touches of lavender as Michelle wore that color quite often.

Also of interest: I forgot to take the original picture with me so I worked on this in a class for four hours from memory. I'm sure I'll have plenty to correct next time.
